SaaSGrow is a platform that allows users to publicly share their SaaS journey, including revenue milestones, updates, and progress. Users can connect social media accounts to cross-post updates to platforms like Threads, X (Twitter), and Bluesky.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to SaaSGrow. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Is defamatory, abusive, or harassing
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Contains spam or unauthorized advertising

5. Social Media Integration

When you connect third-party social media accounts:

  • You authorize us to post content on your behalf to connected platforms
  • You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service
  • You can disconnect accounts at any time through your profile settings
  • We are not responsible for content posted to third-party platforms

6. Revenue Data

Revenue and financial data you share on SaaSGrow is voluntary and public. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of financial information you share. We do not verify revenue claims and are not liable for any inaccuracies.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape or collect user data without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The SaaSGrow name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks. The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAASGROW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
